Information We Collect

Information You Provide. When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and order details. Payment is handled by PayPal; we receive a confirmation and the billing name, but never your full card number.

Information Collected Automatically. When you browse our site, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs through cookies and similar technologies so the site works and so we can understand how it is used.

We only ask for the details we actually need to produce and deliver your made-to-order items. We do not collect sensitive categories of data such as government ID numbers, health information, or biometric data, and we never ask for your full card number at any point in the checkout process.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and fulfill your made-to-order purchase, produce and ship your items, send order and shipping confirmations, and respond to support requests.

We also use it to prevent fraud, comply with legal and tax obligations, improve our website and product selection, and — where permitted — measure the performance of our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them. You can opt out of any optional messages at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link.

Sharing & Disclosure

We share data only with the partners needed to run the store.

We share information with PayPal for payment processing; with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order; and with Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager) to measure site and campaign performance.

We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers and our business. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Each of these partners receives only the minimum information needed to perform its specific function — a carrier gets a shipping address, a processor gets payment confirmation — and each is bound by its own privacy obligations. We do not share your information with data brokers or advertising networks for resale.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and analyze traffic. Our analytics and advertising tools include Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the official add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

We use two broad categories of cookies: essential cookies that are required for the cart and checkout to work, and analytics cookies that help us understand which pages and products people find useful. Essential cookies cannot be switched off, but analytics cookies are entirely optional.

Data Retention

We keep order records for 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Support emails are retained for up to 3 years so we can reference past conversations.

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we securely delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to the legal retention periods above.

Retention periods exist so we can honor returns, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations even months after a purchase. Where a longer period is required by law, that period controls; otherwise we err on the side of deleting data we no longer need.

Data Security

Our site uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit. All card processing takes place inside PayPal’s PCI-DSS compliant environment, so sensitive payment details never touch our servers.

While no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, we maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to fulfill orders and provide support. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify affected customers and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, and request portability of your data in a common format.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@largenza.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.

We will not charge you for making a rights request, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we’re unable to fulfill a request — for example, because a legal retention period applies — we will explain why in our response.

California Residents — CCPA Rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the Right to Know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the Right to Delete your personal information, the Right to Opt-Out of the sale of personal information — and we confirm that we do not sell your personal information — and the Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising these rights.

To submit a CCPA request, email support@largenza.com with “CCPA Request” in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request.

Children’s Privacy

Our store is intended for adults. In line with COPPA, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites, such as our payment processor or carriers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing personal information to it.

International Users

Our services are intended for residents of the United States only. We ship within the 50 U.S. states and process data on servers located in the United States.

If you access our site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any local laws that may apply.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated version here.
